I have a Colman Model #7956-856. Furnace with a AC Switch.

Lately when the t-stat reachs temp the fan motor NOR the outside unit comprerssor comes on. i have to keep flipping the t-stat over and over again untill it comes on. im getting 12 volts to the t-stat and ive replaced it 3 times. IF i flip it to the furnace side the fan inside ALWAYS comes on. just seems to be on the A/C side.. any ideas?

The typical low voltage controls for furnaces and AC is 24 volts.

So if you are measuring 12 volts then some thing is wrong.
