I have a Colman Model #7956-856. Furnace with a AC Switch.

Lately when the t-stat reachs temp the fan motor NOR the outside unit comprerssor comes on. i have to keep flipping the t-stat over and over again untill it comes on. im getting 12 volts to the t-stat and ive replaced it 3 times. IF i flip it to the furnace side the fan inside ALWAYS comes on. just seems to be on the A/C side.. any ideas?

The typical low voltage controls for furnaces and AC is 24 volts.

So if you are measuring 12 volts then some thing is wrong.

Yeah!24v.. my bad! My schematic is only showing ONE fan relay. shouldnt there be two? one for the furnace and one for the A/C side?
