I keep getting ice build up on my tran central air unit hoses and even on my pipes comeing into my furnace unit in side my home....any ideals what this is caused by and can it be fixed??? once it ices up,the ac stoppes working and i have to wait till it thaws out to restart and get any cool air from the unit....

If your A/C lines leading into you cooling coil are freezing (this is the line without the insulation), then your refrigeration system is undercharged. Expansion is occuring infront of the TX value which is characteristic of an undercharged system. You need a A/C tech to check the discharge and suction pressure on you system
