Despite my repeated repeated requests, the folks who installed my new Heil central a/c and furnace have not provided me with the literature that usualy accompanies such machines.

The info on the back of the a/c: Model number: NAC024AKC3. PART: 328858-4005.

From the furnace, I'm able to gleen: Model number N9MP2075B12C1 (the B might be an 8 - it's hard to tell).

I'd like to see if the company provides a download for my units, but can't seem to find any info on my invoice that provides me with something that corresponds with the units listed on the Heil web site.
