had central air and heating installed. would like to have directions on how I can remove the baseboard electric heaters (some have thermostats on them some have room thermostats)before I have laminated flooring installed. I'll be installing wood baseboard to cover the spaces. Thanks.(pleae give very detailed instructions since I am newby to home repairs :)
