Our finished basement is freezing cold, especially during the summer when we run our air conditioner. We've closed and covered all of the vents, we've raised the temperature on the thermostat so that the air doesn't come on as much. Even when the air isn't blowing upstairs, there is always air blowing from somewhere in the basement. We can't even sit down there without being wrapped in blankets. Any suggestions?
