Need instructions for fixing Craftsman table saw. Relay/capacitor/...good. Windings good...must not be connected right. Any schematics available? How can I fix it? Help greatly appreciated.

I doubt if you will be able to get any help through ***** . Everything to them is a big secret.
I would like to ask two questions.
1. Can you tell what type of motor it is?
2. Listen carefully to the motor when you try
to start it. Is there any type of sound
(click, hum).
