Can anyone give me any tips about installing 1x6 aspen boards on a ceiling? Do I butt the boards to one another? Or do I lap them at 45 degree angles? The boards will be in 8 or 10 ft lengths depending on availability. Do I use a random pattern? Any tips will help.
