Is there an advantage to re-configuring my 110V table saw motor to 220V? If so, what are the advantages?

The 220 VAC motor @ the same h.p. will operate at a lower amp draw. I am assuming that this is a table saw, so it's not a bad idea. Make sure that proper emergency shutdown kill switch is installed.

Hope this was of help to you.

The only advantage is smaller wire for lower amperage draw.
