My friends outside lights are not turning on. She has a timer system that automatically turns them on. When I checked, it appears the timer is not working (no movement). When I manually moved the timer to the on posistion, I can hear the transformer turn on, but no lights. I checked the breaker reset button, but it looks good. Is there anything I can do to the system internally, or is it time to buy a new timer system?

My light timer shuts down when all the light bulbs burn out. Have you tried changing the bulbs?

Sounds like the timer is not getting any power. Can you verify this? - If it's plugged into an outlet, try something else in that outlet.
