Hello. We are wanting to build a bedroom in the corner of our enclosed garage. We want w 12x12 room. All we need is to build two walls since the other two walls are already there. The ceiling is 120 inches high. Can someone tell me all the materials I will need to do the walls, just the construction part not the eletrical part.
