Does anyone have any videos or step by step pictures on how to install base molding on stairs?

I'm having a hard time visualizing the step-by-step instructions I've been reading and would like to get a grasp of it by seeing a video or pictures.

My Stairs are "Out and back" with a three stair wide turn. 4 straight steps at the top and four straight steps at the bottom.

The bottom four steps are open on either side, so I am only trimming the outside right (when looking up the stairs) on the top 7 steps.
