I live in the Pacific Northwest, our house faces east towards the Columbia Gorge. We get lots of wind and lots of driving rain. We have a leak on the East side where the Heater vent breathes to the roof, Guess what we have a leak. Luckily itis over the garage and is a seepy leek. It is night time now and have not been able to inspect roof side if seal is broken or what ever. Any advice, I am a new homeowner and our home is just 3 years old. Thanks.
