I don't know anything about home repair,(at least where roofing is involved)and I am thinking of buying this house, but it has a gray stoneporch on three sides of the house and part of it is falling apart. To the extent that the roof of the porch is slanted and pulling away from the front of the house in one section. I believe that the whole portion of the porch needs to be torn down,(at least that one portion possibly more-depending..) My question is: Does this damage the house exterior/interior/any part of it? Help! I need good info!
