Help. I absent mindedly switched off the wrong breaker and began working on a live circuit! I quickly realized my error when two wires sparked. I was not shocked because I was using insulated tools and wearing rubber shoes and gloves.

My question: are the wires damaged (they don't look damaged at all near the arcing) The circuit breaker tripped.

Should I worry about the intregity of the wires along the circuit that I can't see?

generally speaking - your conductors should be fine - as soon as the fault occcured (sparking) your circuit breaker immediately shut off, thus doing it's job (protecting the circuit conductors and any associated equipment....including people).
