Sorry, I do not have a direct answer to your question. We have a 45 year old hot tar and pebble roof more commonly used for commercial buildings. We live in the North Eastern US and the pitch of our roof is 2:12. It is a very expensive choice but lasts a very long time. We are only now having a little leakage. What did you discover?
