I have 2 seperate radio clocks that continually increase their times when located in two areas of my house. When I move them to other locations the problem does not recreate itself. Is it bad wiring and why is it only in those rooms. How do I determine the problem/solution?

Are there any computers plugged into these circuits? How about fluorescent fixtures?
These items can cause "harmonics" which, in a residential situation is not likely to be dangerous, but could cause the clocks to run fast.

Are the two "areas" on the same side of the house? I once saw a situation where an airport's radar was causing an unusual problem with electronics, but only on one side of the building.
