We just power washed our vinyl siding (white, 3 years old). Power washer did a great job on normal dirt - but those fly "specks" will not come off. We tried Simple Green with the power washer; then we tried a scrub brush. Didn't even touch it. What can we use? Is there an industrial strength cleaner we can put on, let soak, and rinse or brush off? Thanks.
