there is a light in my closet and i want to run an outlet for my computer thruogh the wall. how do i connect the wire to the light source to run through the wall. i know how to connect an outlet....can it be done?....thanx

Is the light controlled with a pull string switch or a wall switch ?? If it has a wall switch then the unswitched power is probably there and will need to be pulled from there. If you have a pull string then the unswiched power is at the light and you can pull from the light.
