Hello All,

Im trying to find out is there a way to just isolate the Kitchen circuit from the main breaker box and be able to hook a genrator to that circuit so i dont feed the whole panel and run the risk of backfeed to lines out side the house? i have been told i could maybe come off the main breaker box to sub panel 3 pole disconnect and when power goes off flip the disconnect and plug my gen to this disconnect? any help will be used.
