The jacuzzi is in my bathtub. Too much noise for the apartment below, so I have to disable it. All I need to do is disable the switch on the wall. (The motor and piping are inaccessible, and the tub works fine without the jacuzzi, anyway.) So, once I remove the switchplate, what should I do with the wires I find there?

i removed the switch and capped the wires.

install a blank cover in place of the switch cover.
