Rewiring bathroom. 1 cable going into box, red, black, and white wires. Box includes 3 switches and receptacle. Because I can't find switch plate to fit everything, I'd like to take out a switch. I have switch for light over vanity, switch for exhaust fan light, and switch for exhaust fan so I'd like to combine the exhaust fan and exhaust fan light into one switch. I can't draw out the schematic for you but after I remove the switch, what do I do with the wires. Also, I have all the walls down to the studs. Thanks for any help.

If you have 3 switches and a receptacle, you must have more than 3 wires in the box. Describe them please?
You can find a switch plate in almost any configuration, but you will have to visit an electrical supplier to get it. The big box stores only stock a limited selection.

Since you have the walls down to studs...replace the boxes with 2 2-gang boxes. 1 can be used for the switch (vanity light) and receptacle (GFCI). Easy plate to find. The second box can remain as both switches for the fan/light and fan. Again easy plate to find.
Alternatively, go to a 3-gang box for the all the switches and a 1-gang box for teh GFI receptacle--I like this better since you MUST meet current code which basically says you need a 20Amp circuit for the bath receptacle.
