I'm doing a remodel that includes 6X6 posts holding up some parrallams. My question is, can I drill holes for the electrical in the 6X6 posts to run my wires through?

As long as you stay more than 1.25in from the surface of the post and don't drill so many holes you destroy the integrity of the post, I see no problem.
