Can I install a 2 fans and 4 lights on the same circuit with the fans and lights having separate switches? I want to install them on aoutdoor patio porch.

You need to check the wattage of the fans (check, but I suspect something in the 8-120 watt range) and the max size of the lighte (typically 60 watts each).

Adding up the other lights and loads on the circuit you can have 1440 watts on a 15 amp circuit or 1920 on a 20 amp circuit.

as long as the existing citcuit isn't already grossly overloaded. The numbers Bill cites are a good rule of thumb, but for a dwelling, are not mandatory.
