My wife asked me to contact you for your assistance and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer. I am building a 500 sq foot deck and plan to apply 5/8 to 3/4" plywood along with an acrylic surface. I have two major firms in mind. and I was hoping you could provide additional alternatives for building a solid deck where the area underneath remains dry. I was unimpressed with tongue and groove type cedar porch decking that would not last for a decent period of time. Also, any comments from former customers regarding the above firms would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am very disappointed in this bulletin board and it just goes to show you, the internet is just like a talk many opinions, so little credibility or experts. I would not recommend using this as a source of any project that exceeds $5.

P.S. I eventually used the product from metacrylics which had superior strength and properties. I am amazed of how long it took to sift through the misinformation on the net.
