The bottom part of our cottage is brick and the upper is painted pine boards. We're planning on redoing the siding in Canexel to retain a certain rustic charm. Has anyone used Canexel or can offer any comments on this product.

We've been getting mixed opinions some swear by this product and others recommend vinyl. Negative comments are that there's water infiltration in the long run.
