Hello all,

the other day I was putting back together a box with 2 switches. As usual... I did not turn off the power before doing so. I know I know I know... please don't lecture me!

So... with the pliers... I touched the box (ground) with the black wire and the pliers...

Guess what... z beautiful arc emerged from the box, then a little fire and a beautiful pair of melted pliers...

Now... this is not so much the problem... the real deal was that the breaker did not trip... why is that?
