on one of your shows a electrical contractor was wiring a load center made from plastic,pvc,etc. i can't seem to find one anywhere.

I have a small GE sub-panel made out of plastic. It is about 15 years old so I don't know if they still make them or not.

You can still find the plastic GE load centers, but you are looking at only 4-6 circuits. Check your local hardware store.
