One- I have some vinyl siding on the north sid of my house that was quite mildewy, even the power washer couldn't break it squeaky clean. Any suggestions on what to do to keep mildew at bay? It's shaded because of the eaves/awning and because the direction the house faces.
Second- I just stained my deck and guess what? I have deck stain spatters all along some of my vinyl siding. What can I use to safely remove this?
Thanks for you tips.

I've had excellent success with a product called Jo-Max. They sell it in the paint dept of the bix box stores. You mix it with water and bleach in a garden sprayer. Spray on, wait, wash off with a hose. Magic. And the mildew doesn't come back for a very long time.
I doubt it'll help the deck stain splatters.
