HI, I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS. #1 MY CEILING FAN IN THE BEDROOM IS A HAMPTON BAY AND HAS BEEN WORKING FINE FOR THREE YEARS. MY PROBLEM IS THAT NOW IT ONLY WORKS ON 1 SPEED, REGARDLESS WHICH SETTING I PUT IT IN. IT USE TO HAVE THREE SPEEDS AND NOW IT ONLY GOES HI, REGARDLES OF HOW MANY TIMES I PULL THE CHAIN. DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE OF WHY? CAN I FIX IT OR DO I NEED A NEW ONE. QUESTION#2 IS THE CEILING FAN IN THE LIVING ROOM IS A HAMPTON BAY WINDWARD II AND I HAVE TO REPLACE THE LIGHT BUT I CAN NOT TAKE THE COVER OUT. I TRIED PUSHING UP AND TURNING IN EVERY DIRECTION, BLOWING IT OUT WITH A CAN OF AIR, EVEN W2-40 BUT I HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHATELSE I CAN TRY TO GET THE LIGHT COVER OFF. PLEEEEEEASE HELP!! I AM A SINGLE FEMALE AND I AM FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET ANY HELP
