Just looking for some help...our power is surging but not the normal..take from one thing to cover the other. The whole house will just go dim for a few seconds and then come back up. It doesn't matter what we have on...we even tried everything out and off except the heater and a light and it still does it. Any suggestions? My husband has checked the breakers and the connections outside. The nuetral wire on the box was loose but apparently that wasn't the problem. If you have some ideas or questions feel free to email me randikiefer@yahoo.com I also have yahoo messager with the same address. Thanks so much!!

As you describe it it sounds like a power company problem.

Possibly on the primary to the transformer or the transformer.

This is serious -- call the power company right away! (They have workers on duty 24/7.)
