This is a two part question - hope its the correct folder.
We are building a modular home. The modules have spray in foam insulation and will sit on stem walls over a crawl space with rat slab. The company will place conduits in the wall at the factory but I need to pull the wire. Question - what size Conduit should I have them install? I will pick a spot in each room. Also should I have them put the 2x2 in the wall?
Second question. We will bury our power service from the transformer to the house. I would like to bury the phone and cable TV in seperate conduits in the same trench. Are there any other cables I should add while it's open??? Maybe fiber????

On your second question, don't do this.
These communication cables ought to be at least a couple of feet away from power cables when they run parallel like this. That would mean an awfully wide trench. And awfully expensive to dig, and then fill in again.
Most such underground wiring is done nowadays with a powered tool that looks something like a wide chainsaw; it cuts a slit an inch or two wide that the cable or conduit is slid into, and then it is filled up again.
It's much easier & better to do this twice, once for power wiring, and a second time, several feet away, for your communications cables. This avoids any chance of electrical interference, and also makes it easier if you have to dig them up to do repairs anytime in the next 30 years or so. It's pretty hard to dig up one cable when there are others buried right nearby.
