Have a 30-inch ceiling fan -- originally in our bedroom, replaced it with a bigger fan. Would like to use it in spare bedroom, but can the fan base/motor accommodate 42-inch blades? 30 inches is just not big enough for the room (my hubby bought it because it was on sale).
