I have floor outlets on each side of my living room couch that are covered by an area rug and under an end table. I run plugs under the carpet to the outlet but the plug and outlet cover cause a large hump in the carpet. I'm not worried about wear to the cord as there is no traffic on the cord. Does anyone know of a low profile plug or any other way to resolve this?
