I have power coming to a dimmer switch (14/2 w/grnd) and would like to regulate two low wattage eyeball lights on a wall. Can you provide a diagram on how the lights need to be wired?

- Wiring two lights from a dimmer switch
I don't know how to do a diagram, but the wiring is simple.
From the incoming power cable, the black wire connects to one side of the dimmer switch. The white power wire connects via wire nut directly to the white wire of the cable going out to the first light. The black wire of that outgoing cable connects to the other side of the dimmer switch.
Then at the first light, you will have the cable coming from the dimmer, the cable going to the second light, and the 2 wires from the light fixture. Connect all three black wires together, and all three white wires together.
Finally, at the second light, you will have a cable from the first light, and 2 wires to the light fixture. Again, connect the black wires (only 2 here) together, and connect the 2 white wires together.
