get yourself a toner.

"and the ones that are connect how do I know what they are for???"

mark where they connect to,disconnect them and see what stops working or use your toner.

To find an electrician to work on the Low Voltage lighting/relays (GE, Remcon or Touch-Plate)......Find an INDUSTRIAL electrical contractor

Low Voltage controls systems are very common in Industrial settings with automation

You can also find a great deal of information archived at the small Yahoo group: GELV......They have Links, Files, Photos and a Database of all the major LV systems including downloaded GE brochures illustrating wiring diagrams.....(Yahoo registration required)
