I'm in the middle of the 1st primer coat of a nursery project and the pwr painter piston seises up on me. I took the whole thing apart and cleaned it out, thinned the primer 1 to 1 and it still keeps happening. I can't find a wagner support site. I've painted the interior and exterior of 4 houses with it and clean it very thoughrouly every time. If there is anyone that can help me I'm in distress (SOS). The baby is due the middle of july and I'm pressed for time. Please help! Thanks! Support your V.A.

Kevin, its time to replace the piston, that little peice with the orange cap'. Your manual says it gets worn after several uses.

Do a search and you should find Wagner's site. They respond within a day to questions via email.
