plaster buttons
I saw on a show, can't remember how old it was, but they show plaster buttons. Drywall screws with a metal washer. When you screwed them into plaster to help attach back to the lats. I can not find these screws anywhere. Or is there a tip to re-attach plaster that came away from the lats.
Bossman1,
the plaster buttons you are looking for can be found at Charles Street Supply in Mass. I believe they are located in Boston and their number, address are listed on the web and yellow pages. They come with instructions and work wonders. Hope they work for you.

Thank you for the name of the place that has those buttons. But I live in Ohio. I was hoping that another well known store had them.
One good thing about this supply store. They mail order and internet order (or so I was told)! I myself live out in NY so Mass is a bit of a drive just for a piece of hardware. Check them out on the web or give them a call, they will ship out a brochure or tell you over the phone the prices. Hope this works for you.
