We are having problems with drywall screws popping in the ceilings and interior walls of our year old new home and we have no idea why. Our home is built with structural insulated panels (SIPS, but no exterior walls seem to have this problem. The drywall work was done in August of 1998, and we started noticing the popping during the following year. I am wondering if the drywall was "green" when it was installed. Any thoughts are welcome.
