My husband is getting ready to start the stucco portion on our fence. He has already tried the ready mix stucco and discovered it will rub off with the stroke of a finger. What is the best brand of stucco? We were told there to different coats of stucco, the bottom layer and something different for the top layer. Does anyone know what the product is call for the top layer? And are there any secrets/helpful tips we should know.
