I recently painted my dining room and realized I missed some area where I dripped paint onto the trim boards and wood chair rails. I need to know how to clean it off without too much damage to the wood beneath.
Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,
If you painted with a latex paint, you can use a sponge with an abrasive backing and warm water. The sponge should be well wrung out and lightly scub the area with the abrasive pad.Wipe up residue with sponge.
Most other paints respond to light scraping and wiping with mineral spirits.
