My house is 55-years-old. The house still has its original stucco walls both inside and out.

On the exterior I see a few hairline cracks around a couple window areas. But on one wall there is a fine crack and I've noticed that the paint on each side of the crack appears to be in the initial stages of peeling away. What should be done to these cracks before the rains come?
