We recently had new siding placed on our house. This was expense siding that looks like cedar. The siding was placed on by a professional, but it continues to buckle. Does anyone know what would be causing this problem?
In reply to 5slb6: It is an alcoa siding dutch lap that looks like a cedar. It is a dark brown, but I don't think the color would matter, or would it? It is one of their best sidings so I can't understand why this is happening unless it was not hung properly. What do you think?
in reply to 5slb6 The siding is definitely not too tight. It is loose enough to slide. Will keep in mind about the dark color because you are the second person who has mentioned about color. Thanks for the help.
