I've used Lepage Polyfix to repair an area (appx. 1 sq.ft)were the paint was peeling.
I also filled alot of nail holes/dents & a couple deep holes near the window(used Durabond 90). These walls have a skim coat of drywall compound over a "cement board" type of material.

Does it matter if I use a latex or oil based primer? Should I prime the whole area or just use the latex paint after I've primed all the spots. I plan to use a somewhat flat latex paint on this wall in the livingroom.
