I live in the Kansas City area. The house was build in the early 1960's. The siding is 4x8 glued particle board. It does not hold paint. It comes off in sheets after about 8 - 10 months. Two contractors told me the siding is the defective siding that will not hold paint and was replaced by the manufacturer. I cannot find the name of the manufacturer and a contact. Does anyone know about this defective siding that can tell me who the manuacturer is to contact OR know of a way to research and find the manufacturer?
