I am planning to repaint and was wondering if there was any way to prevent shadows from appearing on walls where there is an electrical baseboard unit?
Now this is just my theory. I think that the the heat breaks down the paint and the dirt is just attracted to this area as you also see it with hot water baseboard heat. Just be sure to clean off the dirty spots before you repaint with a mild cleaner. Any other thoughts from others here?
