I'm re-painting kitchen cabinets and have applied the first coat with white melamine oil-based paint. The white that I picked up is too bright with the new paint scheme and would look better in an almond tint. Can I take what I have left to get tinted or must I buy more? Thanx!

Should be a pretty easy tint.Bring it back to where you got it and they should be able to match it.I always find Hirshfields to be the best place for this. But this is where I get all my material so I may be biased.LOL
You can have the remainder tinted - the problem is that if you need more it is going to have to be color matched to reproduce it.
Paints all have a certain fill level - if you tint a partailly full can - you will not be able to tint it consistently again.
Other than that - take it back to the store you bought it - they should be able to fix you right up!
