I plan to build a pave patio, there are sth. I am not sure about and need some help:

1)I have bay window/door above the patio, how do I handle the ground under the bay area? and minimize the effort to cut brick to fit the bay's angle?

2) I need build steps also, does it need be done before building the patio? and is there any easy way to do it?
