Goof-off can and will dull surfaces in many cases, and it leaves a film most times. Don't know why so many people advise this? Try rubbing alchohol first, or a citrus cleaner on a cotton swab to dissolve the marks. They should come right off.
Because this is paneling not varnished,poly,or lacqueord wood. It should come right off with ease no streaks or film left behind. We have 3 young kids,and if I wouldn't use something in my home I would not recommend it in anyone elses either.
