Recently I put some drylock paint on my drywall wall and later found out that drylock is not to be used on drywall. I was wondering if anyone knows if having put this paint on my wall will cause any damage future or present?

No,just the chemical compostion either won't last or could be toxic to people.Best thing to do is call the # on the back of the can and tell them of your dilema.
This is made for blocking water in basements and such, just kind of curios as to why you applied it on the S.Rock?

The guy at home depot told me to use this stuff, then I went back and another worker told me that I wasn't supposed to use it.
I also used drylock etch first and then the paint. I sanded off most of the paint, but there is still some on the wall.
I no longer have the containers in order to call the company.

The web site for the company that make drylock is www.ugl.com
