It just dawned on me that I shouldn't put my paint scraps after I used peel away in the regular trash. I live in the city where there is not such easy access to dumps. What should I do?

Check with your local officals to be sure.

As a DIY'er you are not a large generator of "hazardous" material so disposal is not a problem. PEEL AWAY is NOT a hazarous material and if it is lead paint you have removed that is not necessarily a hazardous material either. I suggest you speak with the people at Dumond Chemicals that mfg the PEEL AWAY product and they will set you straight inn terms of disposal. Visit therei web site at www.dumondchemicals.com
